Euro 2016 Group C (Article For Last Summer) #8

Euro C

Germany Euro Rank #2 Winner
Germany are world champions and made the final in the last Euro in 2012 they come into this tournament as heavy favorites they are only indestructible almost to the point that they really don’t have a flaw. Smashed in the last several Major Tournaments not counting the poor performance in Euro 2004 they made the World Cup Final 2002 were semifinalists in 2006 World Cup, were semifinalists 2010 World Cup Runners up in Euro 2012 and as we all know they won the world cup in Brazil in the 2014 World Cup. The team hasn’t dimensioned flew through qualification in dominant form despite slips up against Ireland and Poland they won the grope displaying world cup form they have so many different ways they can beat you with some multiple different lineups that can do damage and formations very well coached an extremely Talented and experienced side. Let’s start with the fact they have two of the top 5 goalkeepers in the world in Manuel Nuer (Bayern Munich) and Berando Leno (Bayer04) than their defense is almost as good as Romania’s every defender they have is world class has combination of well-defined veterans such as arguably the best defender in the world Jerome Boateng (Bayern Munich) as well as Bayern’s Newest signing Matt Hummels who is as good as anyone right now. And young stars as well such as Antione Rudiger (Roma) seeing him play for my club this season was incurable this kid is sensational he is an absolute tank incredibly talent for a player at such a young age also have big stars such as Emere Can who can play Defense and Midfield team also features incredibly talented the Shkodran Mustafi so as you can image this defdnde is very mean with players with a long range of ages. The Midfield is the most vital part of Germany’s team they are extremely versatile they can score at any given moment in many different ways with the likes of Mario Götze (Bayern) Toni Kroos (Real Madrid) Macro Reus (Dortmund) Sami Khadira (Juve) as well as the catalyst of the midfield basically Germanys identity Mesut Ozil (Arsenal) they mids Germany have can kill on basically anyone they also have a deep bench filled with technically gifted and creative Mids. As far on the front goes can anyone really hold down that spot Better than Thomas Muller one of the very best strikers in the world who is a scoring machine especially in international tournaments he has always ripped it up for Germany on the biggest stags they team in knees deep in talented the reserves could go on a deep run they are the most talented team in this tournament they will cruise through the grope stage easily should win all of their games. They will at the very least get to the Semi Finals this team barley has any weaknesses they will fly through the majority of this tournament there’s a reason they are the #2 team in Europe and #5 in the world this team was built for greatness.

Poland Euro Rank #19 Runner up

1 Poland getting back to euro for the 3rd term in a row after making their 1st back 2008, Poland in three appearances have never gotten out of the Grope stage in the team’s history in this tournament that very well could change this year Poland is probably the best they ever been at least in recent memory in qualification they went head to head with the mighty Germany’s even beating them on one occasion finished 2nd in the group the mighty Germans only won the group by one point yet again they find themselves in the same group as the world champs Germany is nearly unbeatable but the Polish have the weapons to repeat there victory against Germany. Everyone is very much aware of what Robert Lewandowski has been doing this season bursting on the season this season with the German champions Bayern Munich really blew up after coming on as a sub against Wolfsburg smashing 5 goals past the wolves in 9 minutes he went on to build on that than went on a very impressive goal streak became an instant starting and developed quite an impressive strike partnerships with German Forward Thomas Muller Robert ended up scoring 42 goals in 51 appearances as he led Bayern to the tile and a Champions league semifinal in addition to that he collected the golden boot and being the 1st player in a long time to score 30 league goals in a single season scoring 30 goals in 32 games the Polish captain will surely be looking to add to his record breaking season into France Robert lives in Germany plays in Germany plays with several players on the German team plays against several players on the German team he could use all this to his advantage and I’m sure he will, in an attempt to get another win against Germany but in real competition this time. Robert isn’t the only goal scorer they have several Poland has one of the best attacking teams in Europe. Robert’s strike partner youngster Arkadiusz Milik is a very dangerous scorer he will only add to a very dangerous strike force Milik bagged 23 goals for Dutch giants Ajax in his 1st season since making his loan move from Bayer 04 permanent he has scored his two seasons in Holland he has scored 47 goals in two seasons at 22 years old he has scored 61 goals in his career which is a huge amount for someone that’s so young. will give Poland another weapon up front with Robert and Milik they could cause some teams havoc. Poland also has a very dangerous midfield Dortmund’s Jakub Błaszczykowski and Rennes’s Kamil Grosicki leading the charge while Sevilla’s Grzegorz Krychowiak to add his defensive influence on the midfield this mid could be very important for the Polish this could be the difference given the Polish the chance to make a deep run in France this summer there defense isn’t the best but if everything else is working for them it shouldn’t be a problem I don’t think they will find it too difficult to get thought the group I don’t think they are good enough to win the group over Germany but they challenge them.

Ukraine Euro Rank #15

Ukraine is a very underrated team and I expect them to be one of the three 3rd place finishers to make the knockout stage. Ukraine hosted the last Euro’s in 2012 despite the home advantage they failed to make it out of the group stage they have improved mightily since then even beating defending champs Spain. Ukraine only have 4 international tournaments to their name a quarterfinal appearance in 2006 being there best outcome. Much like Romanians they don’t have any big time stars but the way they work as a unite is very effective they will must rely on Andriy Yarmolenko to provide the goal he is a dangerous goal scorer for St. Petersburg in the Russian Premier League having scored 113 goals in 288 appearances including 19 goals this season. Yarmolenko scored in both legs of Ukraine’s 3–1 play-off victory over Slovenia to qualify the nation for UEFA Euro 2016. They also have to their disposal the talented winger Yevhen Konoplyanka who netted 8 times in his 1st season at Sevilla he is one of the most important players for them in this tournament he is Ukraine’s most creative player he is a good scorer but also can facilitate getting several teammates involved in the game. Viktor Kovalenko could also play a big role for them then 19-year-old he’s a very creative and gifted player that quite possibly be that x factor in securing a spot in the Round of 16 I think Poland and Germany could give them some problems but it thinks that they will still do well enough to find be one of the third place teams advancing

Northern Ireland Euro Rank #18

Northern Ireland is year another team waiting to taste the European Championships for the 1st time I know very little about this team. They shocked everyone when they actually won their qualifying group. I find it very hard to believe that they will get anything this summer is likely they won’t even get one point it’s amazing that they have done but it won’t go any further all the teams in this group are far better on both sides of the ball. They could get ripped apart in every game that they play. Not a very talented team they did well on the way to France but I just don’t see any way they can advance barley any stars playing in big leagues they have Southampton’s Steven Davis who I expect to have a great tournament I expect some flashes of brilliance from him but that’s all I really see from them he will be the only positive thing in France it was a great achievement but it ends here.
