As The transfer Window comes to a close Monchi and Roma have pulled off a late grab with only days left in the window. Roma have made their biggest signing of the summer as they sign a player qualified to replace Mouhamed Salah with the Signing of young Czech Superstar Patrik Schick from Sampdoria for Club Record 38 Million deal. The deal includes a loan deal costing 5 million with an obligation to at the end of the summer for 30 Million plus 5 Million of add on the deal could rise to 42 Million for the 21 -Year old Smashes Roma’s transfer record  of Gabriel Batistuta’s 36M move to Rome back in 2000.  Roma just pay 5 million up front for this deal and next summer they pay the rest off. The Czech Youngster arrived at the Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport in Rome on Monday ahead of his 38Million move to the Roman giants where he was greeted by 200 Roma fans. Patrik Schick was keen to join Juventus early in the summer but due to two failed medicals due to medical issues as the Defending Champions backed out of the deal. Patrik Schick has since then dealt with the issues and has been given a clean bill of health from the doctors which caused a transfer frenzy once again. Inter Milan had been the favorites with Spurs and Chelsea in the race as well Roma wasn’t even involved in the deal for quite some time. However Monchi entered the race after their failure to reach a deal for Leicester City winger Riayed Mahrez after having had three bids rejected by the foxes and told by Real Madrid that Lucas Vasquez wasn’t for sale either. So Monchi and Roma made a late bid for the Czech youngster about a week ago eventually Inter dropped out of the race for their inability to pay Sampdoira’s asking price allowing Roma to swoop in and pull of the late deal for the player to secure Roma’s 11th  and most likely final signing of the summer. Roma may have spent nearly 40 Million on him but this move this the most important signing for the formidable future for the club. Upon his arrival to the capital he described Roma as “The Perfect Team” for him. Monchi has pulled off more magic as he joins a large group of signings that Monchi has pulled off with the likes of Rick Karsdorp, Hector Moreno, Aleksandar Kolarov,Lorenzo Pellegrini, Cengiz Under, Maxime Gonalons and Grégoire Defrel as well making the loans move of Juan Jesus, Bruno Peres and Fazio permanent. However Patrik Schick move’s is the most important deal of Roma’s summer it is said that Francesco Totti played a major role in the deal Schick passed a medical Tuesday to sign a 5-Year deal with Roma. He scored 13 goals in 38 Appearances last season for Sampdoria a player that has been described as the Next Zlatan Ibrahimovic he has world class potential and can contribute right away THE FUTURE IS HERE.

Patrik Schick Made a Name For himself on Loan with Bohemians 1905

Patrik Schick started his career in his home land playing for the Czech Giants Sparta Prague joining their youth system in 2013 at the tender age of 17. He would be promoted to the first team side for the 2013-2014 season however he wasn’t considered a key player as he didn’t make very many appearances for the club. In fact he would only be played in three games for Sparta Prague during that campaign despite his lack of opportunities he was given Sparta Prague won Czech first league title. The following season he wasn’t a factor yet again as Schick wasn’t even given a chance he did play a few more games that season then the season before but still was a very much none factor in during the 2014-2015 campaign he made 7 appearances scoring one goal. The following season it looked like he was going to struggle to get game time once again however Sparta Prague didn’t want him just rotting away on the bench so the club decided to send him out on loan as he would join Bohemians 1905 for the 2015-2016 season. He wouldn’t have to move city as Bohemians 1905 is a club based in Prague something that surely helped him thrive as he was allready familiar with the area and culture.  The then 19 year old would start to get regular first team football as his potential and quality began to show as he became one of the standout stars in the Czech top flight that season. He made 28 appearances for Bohemians finding the back of the net 8 that season his breakout season caught the eyes of some clubs around Europe as he was starting to get noticed. Collectively as a team they weren’t great as Bohemians 1905 finished 9th in the table with 37 points posting a record of 8-13-9. He would return to Sparta Prague after the loan was concluded but he would not be staying. In The summer of the 2016-2017 season Italian side Sampdoria came in with a 4 Million bid for the striker as he wasn’t part of Sparta’s plans he would head to Genoa to complete his move to Italy joining one of the bests league in the world. In his debut season in Italy’s top flight he started developing as one of the best young stars in the league before even got his feet wet in Italy. He scored his first ever goal in Serie A against League Champions Juventus as well as scoring against big teams like Roma Milan and Napoli. During the 2016-2017 he set the world a light with Sampdoria becoming one of the best players in the league in his first Serie A season Schick scored 13 goals in 35 appearances helping little Sampdoria to a surprising top 10 finish. Sampdoria with their 10th place finish earned 48 points with a record of 12-12-14 Patrik Schick ended the season as the team’s top scorer and became the first Czech player to score 10 goals in a season since Pavel Nedved scored 13 goals for Lazio in during 1997-1998 season. In addition to that Schick finished 2016-17 with a goals per game percentage of 31.4% – superior to strikers like Ibrahimovic, Icardi and Morata in their first seasons.  He also has been a machine for the Czech Republic U-21’s national team having scored 12 goals in 11 games he is the top scorer in Euro Champions qualifying but is unlikely to play in the tournament as he if on the books for the Czech Republic national team having earned 5 apps for his national side having scored one goal. After the season he was offered a contract extension by Sampdoria but the Czech striker rejected the contract offer as he desired a chance to play for a bigger club. He would join Roma near the end of the window in a Roma Record 42 Million deal. He is Ready for the challenge as he would join Roma to get to gain to Prove himself among Europe’s Best.

I am    Magic Monchi Presented His Record Signing to the Media as He got his Crowning Jewel

Patrik  Schick’s deal to Roma couldn’t have come at better time for Roma. Two games into the season Roma have 1 win and 1 loss. After beating  Atalanta on the road and a controversial loss to Inter due to some appalling decisions. Given the fact that Roma have lost some key players to the side over the summer this is a massive deal that came make up for some of the departures. Roma after having sold Mouhamed Salah to Liverpool  Monchi and Roma have been searching all window for a player that can fill into Salah’s now vacant role Roma have signed midfielders good players but none that can fill that void left by Salah. Roma have finally found their man to take over that spot with Sampdoria’s Patrik Schick. He can play in that position as well up front which makes Roma a lot stronger filling that spot and playing without Salah was going to be their biggest issue going into this season they paid a lot for him but it seems that Roma have found their man going  forward not only that but he is a lot younger he is the future of this club but he can make an impact right away . This addition will only strengthen their attack as the club allready has three 10 plus goal scorers from last season in the top scorer in the league in Edin Dzeko 39 goals, Stephen El Shaarawy with 12 goals and Radja Nainggolan with 15. With the quality of the squad  Roma have tey are in very goos shape with this deal. Schick will be scoring quite frequently not having to be the only scoring option and not to mention the service he will get this season. I think Schick will score close to 20 goals this season which would more than make up for losing Salah to Liverpool. Patrick Schick has played in the 4-3-3 formation that Di Francesco uses he can thrive under his new manager as the Czech Striker has said that the likes his formation and tactics. Schick will have to play a slightly different role in the 4-3-3 as he has played mainly central  as the striker but given the fact that Roma have Dzeko up top he will likely have to slide out to the wing to play on the right. Which he has done in the past he still will be able to be very effective from  that spot.  Roma now have a strike trio of Perotti, Dzeko and Schick a very dangerous unit there could be 50-60 goals between them. Schick is also going to be a very important part of their champions league squad having a group with Chelsea and Atletico it is also going to be tough to come out of that but adding a potent striker to their attack will certainly help with that. He is fairly quick good size with his wider body frame he has the strength and mental intelligence to dominate as he is has all the tools to become one of the world’s best players. He can use his body in a lot of excepts of the field  He can shrug off defenders, keep them away from the ball and sometimes act as a classic center-forward, who pushes the defenders back by holding up the ball. Lets not forgot his clinical Finishing ability to find the back of the as frequently as he did last season was really impressive considering his young age. Another strong part of his game are his feet he has very impressive footwork he has the ability he get past defenders very easily. He shoots at 56% last season which is  was higher than the likes of  Gonzalo Higuain, Bellotti and Icardi last season. Last year he scored 13 goals dished out 6 assists and created 20 chances for Sampdoria he doesn’t quite make up for Salah’s passing ability but if he works on his passing he could get to that level. He is a player that can play striker on the wing as a deep forward and behind the striker he can play in many spots and will be a massive part of Roma’s success this season. With the likes of Radja Nainggolan, Kevin Strootman and Danielle De Rossi in midfield Manolas, Florezni  & Kolarov in defense and an Attack of Perotti, Dzeko and Schick as well as Pellegrini, Under and EL Shaarawy off the bench that is a very strong team. With Monchi ‘s transfer business this summer he has Roma in very good shape. He has been compared to Zlatan Ibrahimovic if he can get anywhere near to that ability he can achieve greatness in Rome Schick just adds to the fire I believe Schick is the most important Transfer in club history the Future has arrived. Welcome to Roma

ROOF     Patrick Schick Getting Right to Work with Roma Talking to EDF During His First training Session

On Wednesday afternoon new Roma signing Patrik Schick held his first press conference, alongside sporting director Monchi.

What are your thoughts at being at the Olimpico on Friday, for the friendly against Chapecoense?
“It will be maybe my first game in the Roma shirt, and I’m really looking forward to it. And also looking forward to seeing the fans: the first time I saw them at the airport was really exciting, so I’m looking forward [to more].”

What are your hopes?
“Yes. For sure I know that Roma finished second last season, but also the team has bought new players. The team has a lot of ambitions and I hope that this season we can do big things.”
“Why did I choose Roma? It’s very simple. They are no differences between Roma and Juventus. They are top clubs with the same ambitions. I like Roma, it’s very sympathetic and I like the style of football, so that’s why.”

What do you think of being the club’s record signing?
“Yes, obviously I heard about. But maybe it’s not a question for me, it’s for the director [Monchi]. I am here to play football, I don’t care about how much I cost. I am happy to be here and now I concentrate only on football.”
When you were playing with the Under-21s you played on the right, so is that a role you are comfortable with?
“So, that’s not true – in the national team I have always played as the central forward. I prefer playing as the central forward. But I don’t have a problem to play on the right side because I am very often using the left foot so I always move into the centre using the left foot. So I feel good on the right as well.”
Francesco Totti said he sent you a message – what did that say?
“Yes, it’s true, I received a text message from Francesco. But I think it’s only between us [what he said]. Our secret.”
Sampdoria’s coach said you should have stayed there to develop…
“Yes, he can say that but it’s my decision. I wanted to go to Roma and that’s the main thing.”
With Juventus there was talk about your potential pairing with Paulo Dybala, their new No. 10. Now you are at Roma, that had a great No. 10 in Totti. Can you be his successor?
“Absolutely everyone knows Dybala is a top player, world-class. It’s nice to compare me with him but I am not like him. On the No. 10 shirt of Totti – Totti is the only one and I think no-one will come along like him. I am Schick.”

Why have you chosen the No. 14 shirt?
“I have No. 14 because I took it for the first time on the Under-21 national team and I scored a lot of goals for the national team with this number, so after when I went to Sampdoria 14 was free so also at Sampdoria I had a good
