Justin Kluivert

Rome, Italy

Roma’s sporting director Monchi has wasted no time pulling off deal after deal making moves to put Roma in poll position for a title challenge. Monchi has done all of these on relatively cheap deals. Monchi has allready worked his magic with the signing of Croatian  youngster Ante Coric from Dinamo Zagreb for 6 Million, Ivan Marcano from Porto for FREE and just last week Roma signed Atalanta superstar Bryan Cristante for a 5 Million loan with a 30 Million mandatory buy but it will only cost Roma 5 Million this season. A cracking start to this summer and Monchi has only got this team in a better position for next year. Monchi has been in negotiations and talks with Ajax over 19-Year old youngster Winger Justin Kluivert. Monchi largely used his relationship with the Super Agent Milo Radlioa who represents the player. Kluivert had an expiring contract and decided against a new deal as he viewed a move to a big club his prepresnece rather then staying in Holland. He is the son of All time great Patrik Kluivert he has gone against the advice of his father to depart but his dad as says he supports his decision to join Roma. As well as a long timer admier of Man united boss Jose Mourinho who told Kluivbent two years ago in the Euopa league final that he would sign him this summer but the winger perfered Roma. The Transfer will cost Roma about 20 Million the deal will include a 9% future sale as well as his agent pocketing some cash in the deal. Justin Kluivert flew to Rome arriving at Fiumicino Airport on Monday afternoon as he was greeted by a collection of Roma supporters. He arrived at Trigoria training ground to see the facilities before completing his medical the 19 Year old signed a 5 year deal with the Romans. Justin Kluivert scored 10 goals and dished out 7 assists last season for Ajax the wonderkid is very exited to get things started. All parts are exited for what lies ahead Justin Kluivert becomes the 4th signing of the summer as Monchi successfully closed 4 deals before the world cup Monchi isn’t playing around he is trying to build a juggernaut in Rome. With the signings of Ante Coric, Marcano, Bryan Cristante and Justin Kluivert Roma are making deal after to deal as they attempt to close the gap on Juventus this season. Monchi will turn his attention to Ajax Midfielder Hakim Ziyech but deals will be put on hold due to the World Cup in Russia however the moves Roma have allready made there’s a lot to be exited about.

Justin Kluivert

Justin kluivert is regarded as one of the most talented young Wingers in European football. Monchi once again beat some big clubs and hopes of signing another talented player. He was being tracked by Manchester United Liverpool and Spurs as well as many others but Monchi’s genius convinced the 19 year old to pick Roma. Justin kluivert is the son of one of the greatest Strikers in European football in Patrick kluivert. Much like his father kluivert went through the Ajax training program as his father played for the very same Club. There were Rumblings through Holland of his incredible ability he was never going to be his father but he was turning into an exceptionally talented player dominating in Ajax Youth System Justin kluivert had to carry the weight father being an all-time great. Justin was able to handle it quite well he was improving each year as he went through the very talented Youth System. That has featured Kasper Dolberg Davidson Sanchez Hakim Ziyech Davy Klaassen and many others. The Ajax youth program is considered one of the best in the world having the reputation of developing young Talent Justin was no exception as he thrived in their youth system. During the 2016/2017 season he made his professional debut with their second team in the second tier of Holland football. He played it just eight games for the Ajax B Team scoring two goals and eight appearances. Prior to that season he was selected for the 2016 under-17 euros held in Azerbaijan he was inspirational through the tournament and had the reputation of one of the best players in the competition he led Holland to a semi finals. His performance in the tournament had a lot to do with his ability to get promoted to the senior team quite quickly. Kluivert made his debut in the first division in January of 2017 he went on to score his first goal for Ajax just two months later exactly 10 years and one day after his father’s last career goal like father like son. Obviously he hasn’t reached that level but early in his career you can see the potential is clearly there. He was part of the young Ajax team that made the Europa League final in 2017 where they ultimately lost to Manchester United. Jose Mourinho famously talked to him after the game reportedly saying he would give him one more year in Holland and bring him to Manchester United. They weren’t alone though Spurs Liverpool and Roma were all interested in the incredibly talented Winger. In his second season he just took it up a level proven to be one of the best players in the entire country a thrilling and exciting player. His tremendous season was started by a hat trick in the early months of the season. In 36 games during his second campaign he scored 11 goals and had seven assists. He was by all accounts a hot Prospect he also made his debut for the Holland national team last season. Despite not winning a trophy he proved to be an extremely important part of their team last season gaining the reputation of one of the most talented young players in Europe. He worked extremely hard to get to that level and there has been so much pressure on this 19 year old kid to be great given who his father is and so far he has proven Worthy Roma are getting some player at such a ripe age he has the chance to light up this league he was earned this move and he will only get better from here.

Monchi has the reputation of putting the right pieces together to win trophies. We all know what he did at Sevilla with the monsters of Real Madrid and Barcelona he was unable to win the league however he put pieces together the lead to 10 in trophies being won during his time there. Early in his time here in Rome he has got some fantastic deals done that has help this club move forward he is building something special. This is another move at great value that can help this team right away. Justin kluivert will be part of an extremely loaded attack with world-class Striker Edin Dzeko and a one of the most talented and skilled youngsters Cengiz Under who is on the verge of being a superstar in this league. From a tactical standpoint Roma manager Eusebio Di Francesco has most commonly used the 4-3-3 formation last season it is Roma’s most effective formation as they get the best results when lining up in that way. The arrival of Justin kluivert could possibly mean a departure of either Stephan El Shaarawy or Diego Perotti I personally think Roma should hold on to them as well but Roma might be in a situation where they might have to sell one of them. Kluivert adds another youthful dimension to the Roma attack and ideally would be a part of the front three that Di Francesco will use as he will be paired up with Dzeko and Under in the attack. Kluivert is an excellent dribbler with immense ball control as well as an exceptional passer this is the most notable skill I believe he brings to the table. Edin Dzeko is a striker that largely feeds off of the service he gets. Cengiz Under has proven last season that he can supply great service into the big Bosnian if Kluivert can do the same with his vision and athleticism he displayed last season he can repeat that in Italian football. Edin Dzeko will have more opportunities to score then he did this season. Dzeko just needs decent service if he gets that it’s pretty much game over because he’s an exceptional finisher in front of goal. Justin kluivert likes short passing to create instant offense he tends to cut inside when he is dribbling on the wing this type of player could really help Roma going forward next year. There is a lot of things you can say about him but one thing that can be a little concerning is he is a bit of a lightweight. Coming up against physical Serie A Defenders it’s something he may find difficult at times in this coming season. The 19 year old can bulk up a little bit I think Di Francesco can get a lot out of him. He is incredibly talented with a big ceiling in what he can accomplish in his career he has all the tools and the intangibles to become one of the best. He’s a very quick pacey player much like Under and in a weird way the two of them have some similarities. Monchi brought Under to Rome last season from Turkey and he was a virtual non-factor during the first half of the season. However once he learned the language and he started to flourish he became one of the most dangerous players in the entire league. It only took 13 million for the Turkish musician to make his move from wrong and he has become and absolute threat for every defense he goes up against. The two of them are relatively the same age and Under can share his experiences and give kluivert advice to make Roma a comfortable place for him he’s going to be going into a new country where he may not speak the language so Under could be somewhat of a mentor for him at least on that aspect. If he can fulfill his potential or put together a similar season next year this could be one of these most dangerous attacks in Italy next year. Edin Dzeko and under have proven to be able to work really effectively together in  the Rome attack. Adding a talented player like kluivert will only help this team becoming more of an offensive threat then they were last year. That’s not even mentioning the greatness in the  Roman midfield. If everything can click together these three can be exceptionally effective in front of goal. El Shaarawy and Diego Perotti are also options if they are not sold they can be one of the most dangerous attacks in the league if Roma gets the best out of kluivert. On paper it sounds incredible with Cengiz Under Kluivert and Dzeko were talking about two incredibly young and talented players with a guy who knows where the net is. A lot will be expected of the Netherlands Talent it is my belief that this is an absolute bargain at 20 million is potential is fulfilled this could be a daylight robbery. This is going to be a much stronger attacking team this season especially with the additions of kluivert Bryan Cristante and Anton Couric this team is filled with young talented players that can contribute right away. This Roma team also have the veterans needed to lead this team to incredible Heights. This signing just made this team just that that much more dangerous the fact that this kid has the ability to score goals and give service makes him an unplayable at time this will add  to an allready loaded attack with the always dangerous Edin Dzeko and Cengiz Under who is a superstar in the making Roma are not messing around this season their attack just got a lot more dangerous. The Future is Here…. Welcome to The Eternal City Justin Kluivert
